The Museum of the Person, a virtual and collaborative museum dedicated to the recording, preservation and dissemination of life stories, turned 30 in 2022. To celebrate the date and also propose reflections on the importance of personal narratives in our society, the museum depositet part of its collection at the Arctic World Archive. Three projects was deposited that mark the beginning of the institution’s trajectory: “Inheritances and Memories”, “Memory and Migration” and “Oral Memory of the Elderly”. In total, there are 187 audio and video interviews and 915 images, collected between 1988 and 1992, representative of the museum’s history and Brazilian cultural diversity.
