The National Museum of Norway is the largest art museum in Scandinavia, and holds, conserves, exhibits and promotes public knowledge about Norway’s largest collections of art, architecture and design. This time documentation and image materials from the new collection exhibition and the opening exhibition “I Call it Art” will be stored in the vault.?”I Call it Art” takes the pulse of contemporary art in Norway today, with works by almost 150 artists and groups of artists. The material that is deposited consists of detailed illustrations and design drawings of the 86 rooms in the collection exhibition. In addition, documentation of the new museum building and photos from the official opening.
