Variety Communication, a film distributor with one of the largest Italian heritage film collections, deposited the iconic Ladri di Biciclette (Bicycle Thieves), directed by Vittorio De Sica (1949). This film, rated as one of the greatest films of all time by many critics, was chosen for its significance for Italian cinema.
